Service areaThe cities or Triad-area zones you can reasonably cover, plus your normal travel radius.
Field readinessYour comfort with exterior documentation, ladders, access limits, roof conditions, and knowing when to stop for safety.
CompanyCam readinessYour experience with CompanyCam or similar photo documentation tools. Training can be provided after approval.
AvailabilityWeekday/weekend windows, storm follow-up availability, and any scheduling limits Fortitude should know.
Safety acknowledgmentYour agreement to skip unsafe access, bad weather, unstable setup, or any roof condition that feels wrong.
